Now working as one of our amazing servers at Cena Ristorante, Lance Rentrios has quickly become a friendly and familiar face for our dining guests. Boasting over 15 years of experience in the hospitality field, Lance moved to Park City and started working at the on-site ski shop, Ski-N-See, at The Chateaux Deer Valley before transitioning over to Cena Ristorante, where he has made a great impact on both the staff and guests.
When asked about his favorite aspects of working at The Chateaux, Lance mentioned how as a father he appreciates the kid-friendly atmosphere the hotel provides. He also enjoys working with his co-workers and states that he has been inspired by the variety of people who have come to work at Cena this past year.
Lance is a firm believer in going above and beyond for the guest whenever he can. One way he achieves this is by recording special dining preferences a guest may have and uses that information to anticipate their needs in the future, resulting in an exceptional dining experience for the guest. In his free time, Lance enjoys reading anything he can get his hands on, cooking French gourmet food, and spending time with his kids.
It goes without saying that Lance fits in perfectly with the Cena crew and we couldn’t be happier to have him on the team!
