Corporate Director of Group Sales
Jim began his hospitality career at the Marriott Camelback Inn in Scottsdale, Arizona while attending Arizona State University. Jim has enjoyed a 29-year run in the luxury hotel and resort industry working at premier properties and companies such as Four Seasons and Montage. Beginning on the Banquet/Catering and Conference Services operations side for the first half of his career, Jim made the switch to sales in 2002. Currently, Jim is responsible for leading the Group Sales effort and team for the Stein Collection of properties: SEL, CHX, SER. Jim enjoys the outdoors, skiing, biking, camping, cooking, and construction.
Associate Director of Group Sales
Terri began her hotel career at The Yarrow Hotel & Conference Center in Park City, opening the hotel in 1978. She joined the Stein Eriksen Lodge team in 1986 as the Conference Service Manager. In 1990, she moved to the Sales Manager position, covering various territories. A member of Meeting Professionals International for 20 years. She received a Stars of the Industry award for Utah Sales Manager of the Year. Terri handles the Western territory for group sales. Terri moved from Southern California to Park City in 1975, where she currently resides with her husband Dennis. She enjoys mountain biking, hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, and gardening.
Senior Sales Manager
Brooke moved to Park City in 2001 and launched her career with the National Ability Center, one of the largest recreation and athletic programs for people with disabilities in the country. Brooke then enjoyed eight years with Canyons Resort & Talisker where she held a number of positions, including Director of Catering and Director of F&B Sales and Events. Prior to joining the Stein Eriksen Lodge, Brooke was a National Sales Manager with Destination Services Corporation (DSC), a full-service destination management company. Brooke is an avid volunteer and sits on the board at Park City Women’s Business Network, and she is active with her alumni organization. She attended Cornell University in Ithaca, NY. In her spare time, Brooke enjoys riding her horse, skiing, camping with her husband and dog, and cooking for friends.
National Sales Manager
Kim began her hospitality career in Park City with the opening of Deer Valley Resort in 1981. There she held various positions within the sales and marketing departments. Kim’s career led to becoming Director of Sales with Deer Valley Lodging and Director of Sales and Marketing at The Yarrow Resort Hotel & Conference Center over the next 10 years. She has made full circle and is now reunited with many of her tenured team members back in Deer Valley. Kim has served on many industry and community committees and board positions including President of the Utah Chapter of Meeting Professionals International and the Regional Chair for the MPI Rocky Mountain Chapter. Formally from Seattle, Washington and Santa Monica, California, Kim now delights in spending time with her family and enjoying the surrounding beauty and recreational opportunities within Utah.
National Sales Manager
Julee began her hospitality career when she moved from Seattle, Washington to Jackson, Wyoming in the summer of 2003. While in Jackson, Julee worked for Snow King Hotel as a Sales Manager for three years and became Director of Sales at Homewood Suites by Hilton for another three years. She then became a National Sales Manager for Hotel Terra and Teton Mountain Lodge for another year before moving to Park City in 2015. Prior to joining Stein Collection, Julee was an Executive Meeting Manager at Park City Resort for two and half years. Julee attended Western Washington University in Bellingham, Washington and earned a bachelor's degree in Marketing. Like many who live in a mountain community, Julee enjoys skiing, hiking, running, and traveling with her husband.
Express Sales Manager
Halley's career has a foundation in customer service. After graduating from the University of South Florida, Halley worked as a Liability Claims Adjuster for a major insurance company. Her role was to interface with the customers and attorneys on all aspects of the claims adjudication process. With a former background in the restaurant industry, Halley's hospitality experience began as an Event Coordinator for a resort hotel in Old Forge, New York. Relocating to Park City in 2017, Halley was privileged to join the Stein Eriksen family as an Event Coordinator and is now working with the sales team as the Express Sales Manager. Away from the office, Halley enjoys the outdoors lifestyle, including skiing, hiking, fishing, and spending time with her black lab, Charlie.
Sales Office Administrative Assistant
Isabella began her hospitality career in Miami, Florida where she spent three years in the marketing and reservations departments of First Class Resorts’ boutique hotel, Harbour Village Beach Club, located on the Dutch Caribbean island of Bonaire. She attended Cornell University and enjoys sailing, hiking, and skiing in her free time.
Corporate Director of Catering & Event Services
Nancy has been with Stein Eriksen Lodge for more than 10 years overseeing Five-Star events. Prior to Utah, Nancy was Director of Catering for the Fairmont Copley Hotel and Director of Convention Services at Omni Shoreham Hotel in Washington DC. She has handled conventions, inaugural balls, weddings, and events in Boston, Washington DC, and Utah for more than 20 years. She attended college at Thomas College and the University of Southern Maine. When Nancy isn't planning incredible events, she enjoys golf, cross-country skiing, and traveling.
Catering Sales Manager
Tracy has an impressive background in Catering Sales and has spent much of her career working in New York. She was the Senior Catering Sales Manager at the Rockefeller Center – Rainbow Room for three years direct selling the three Rockefeller Center venues. She also held the position of Catering Sales Manager at the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts. In addition to Catering Sales, she has been an Event Manager with Gourmet Advisory Services and an Account Executive for Backal Hospitality Group/State of the Art Enterprises. Tracy moved to Utah in January, just in time to enjoy our fabulous ski season.
Associate Director of Leisure Sales
As a native Eastern Montanan, Tyler started his hospitality career in Aspen, Colorado at The Gant Aspen in the reservations and group sales department. That is where his love for the mountains and skiing began. While in Aspen he also worked at the St. Regis Aspen where he specialized in the leisure reservation market. While advancing his passion for leisure sales as well as the mountains, he moved to Telluride, Colorado were he became the Leisure Sales Manager for the Madeline Hotel & Residences in Telluride’s Mountain Village. In the quest for another great mountain town he recently relocated to Park City, Utah to head up the Leisure Sales department for Stein Collection. In his spare time, Tyler can be found CrossFitting, skiing, and dining at Park City’s fabulous eateries.
Travel Industry Sales Manager
Shawna has lived in Park City for over 23 years and considers herself a true local in this beautiful mountain town. She has over 15 years of experience in the luxury hospitality industry, starting at The Chateaux Deer Valley, now a part of Stein Collection properties. Working in different departments over her career, she has found her niche in Luxury Leisure Sales. In her spare time, she can be found outdoors enjoying the mountain air, camping, or traveling around the world.
